Where the jobs go missing

Most HVAC websites lose the job before anyone picks up the phone

You're good at the work. Your website, your Google listing and your ads usually aren't doing it justice. These are the leaks we find again and again.

The site was built for you, not your customer

Someone's AC has died in a heatwave. They want a number to call, a rough price and proof you'll turn up. They get a slideshow and an About Us page.

Ads that land on the homepage

A search for "heat pump installer Leeds" should land on a heat pump page with a quote form. Not on a homepage with a boiler on it.

Flat out in July, quiet by March

AC demand jumps with the first hot week and drops off by September. Most campaigns run the same budget all year, so you overpay in the quiet months and run dry in the busy ones.

Sharing every lead with five rivals

Directory and lead-gen sites sell the same enquiry to several companies at once. You end up racing to the bottom on price for a job you might not win.

The offer

50 leads in 90 days. We put a number on it.

Most agencies sell you hours and reports. We'd rather be judged on what your phone does. Before we start, we agree with you what counts as a lead, usually a quote request or a call from a new customer, and every one goes into a tracker you can open whenever you like.

  • At least 50 leads across SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads in your first 90 days
  • Real enquiries from the areas you cover, not clicks or impressions
  • Every lead logged with its source, so you can see what's working
  • Weekly numbers from us, good weeks and bad
  • Your first month of Gafferly CRM free, so every lead gets followed up

How it works

Website first. Then we turn up the traffic.

Pouring ads into a site that doesn't convert just buys expensive clicks. So we fix the site first, then grow what comes into it.

  1. 01Week 1

    Audit and plan

We go through your current site, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and the competition in your area. You get a plan showing where your 50 leads will come from.

  2. 02Weeks 1 to 4

    Website redesign

A new site built around HVAC enquiries. Click to call on every screen, a quote form that takes 30 seconds, a page for each service and town you cover, and your F-Gas, Gas Safe or MCS credentials where people can see them.

  3. 03Week 4

    Launch and track

Google Ads and Meta Ads go live, each pointing at a page built for it. Call and form tracking go in on day one, so every lead has a source you can see.

  4. 04Weeks 5 to 13

    Optimise

SEO on your service and area pages, weekly ad changes, landing page tests, and budget moved to whatever is bringing in jobs. This is where the numbers climb.

What we do

Four channels, one job: more booked work

Every service points at the same number. If a channel isn't bringing in enquiries, the budget moves to one that is.

Website design that converts

Quick on a phone, clear about what you do and where, with reviews and accreditations where they count. And a quote form that doesn't feel like a tax return.

SEO and Google Maps

Service pages, area pages and a Google Business Profile built to show up for searches like "air conditioning installer near me" in the towns you cover.

Google Ads

Search campaigns built around breakdowns, installs and servicing. Budgets follow the weather and the season, and every click lands on a page made for that job.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram ads for the quieter months. Pre-summer AC installs, servicing plans and heat pump upgrades, shown to homeowners and businesses in your patch.

Why only HVAC

We know your year better than a generalist agency ever will

A generalist runs the same playbook for a dentist and a roofer. We only do HVAC, so we already know when people start searching for AC repairs, why heat pump leads need a longer follow-up, and what F-Gas means to a customer comparing three quotes.

Your marketing should follow the season. Ours does, month by month.

How we plan your year

  • Cooling
  • Heating
  • Jan to Feb

Breakdowns, boiler swaps and heat pump upgrades

  • Mar to May

AC pre-season offers and servicing contracts

  • Jun to Aug

AC installs and repairs at full push

  • Sep to Dec

Heating servicing, heat pumps and maintenance plans

Who you'll work with

Led by Priyam, backed by a team of specialists

I set up Digital Nomadians to do one job properly: get HVAC companies more of the work they actually want.

Most agencies take on anyone, so your account sits somewhere between a dentist and a roofer. We don't. Every page we build and every campaign we run is for a company that installs, services or repairs heating and cooling, so nothing about your trade needs explaining twice.

You get a specialist for each channel, not one person stretched across all of them. I oversee every account, so you'll see the numbers every week, and if something isn't working you'll hear it from us before you have to ask.

The team on your account

  • SEO specialists

Get you into the Google map pack and onto page one for the services and towns that pay best.

  • Google Ads specialists

Build and run your search campaigns, and move budget with the weather and the season.

  • Meta Ads specialists

Run Facebook and Instagram campaigns that keep enquiries coming in the quieter months.

  • Web designers and developers

Build fast sites around one goal: getting the phone to ring.

  • Tracking and reporting

Make sure every call and form is counted, so the weekly numbers are real.

FAQ

Questions HVAC owners ask us

Something not covered here? Ask it on the form below and we'll answer it with your plan.

Why do you start with the website?

Because traffic is the expensive part. If your site turns 2 in every 100 visitors into an enquiry and we get that to 5, every pound you spend on ads and SEO works two and a half times harder. Sending paid clicks to a site that doesn't convert is the fastest way to waste a budget.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not always. We audit it first. If it's quick on a phone, clear about what you do and built around your services and areas, we'll improve what's there rather than start again.

What counts as a lead?

We agree that with you before we start. Usually it's a quote request or a call from a new customer about a job you do. Spam, job seekers and sales calls don't count.

Do you work with domestic or commercial HVAC?

Both. Domestic AC and heat pump installers, commercial refrigeration firms, ventilation contractors, heating engineers. The plan changes for each, the focus on leads doesn't.

Which parts of the UK do you cover?

All of it. We target the towns and postcodes you actually want to work in, so you're not paying for enquiries two hours up the motorway.

What is Gafferly, and what happens after the free month?

Gafferly is job management software for UK trades. Quotes, the diary, job sheets, invoices and Xero all live in one place, and your website enquiries land in it automatically. Your first month is free. After that you can keep it on a paid plan, from £29 per user a month, or stop using it.

Is ad spend included?

No. Ad spend is paid straight to Google and Meta from your own account, so you always see exactly what has been spent and where.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your area, your services and how quickly you want to grow. You'll get a price with your 90-day plan, before you commit to anything.
